Guts & Glory Book

The annual International Chefs Congress program book called for the creation of a captivating visual concept, layout, and illustration style centered around the theme of "Guts and Glory." Various ideas were explored to embody the essence of Guts and Glory, and after discussions with the magazine editors, we settled on using the symbolism of playing cards to represent risk and chance. This theme was seamlessly integrated throughout the entire book's design, including section breakers, art pages, chef-specific 'fast facts,' chapter page headers, and more. Alongside the comprehensive book design, layout, and illustrations, a limited number of advertisements were crafted for StarChefs' sponsors.
